Listed here are the rules and guidelines when commissioning me, please be sure to read everything carefully. It is assumed when commissioning me you have read and agreed to the terms of service laid out here.

Approaching me for work

Best way to approach me for work is to send me a DM on Discord, a private message on Twitter/Bluesky or via Email, I prefer discussing commissions on Discord whenever possible for quick and easy communication.

I work with a Queue this means you'll have to wait your turn based on the time you send in the request. Current wait time is about one Month give or take. I will keep you updated where you are in the queue as your turn approachesOnce your turn arrives we can discuss your project in more detail, before your turn arrives ideas are not set and stone and your allowed to change your mind about what you want so long as it still falls within things I'm willing to drawAs a disclosure, I am disabled, medical complications pop up and sometimes getting to a commission will take extra time, I will make sure to keep in contact and keep you up to date as possible on when I'm able to pick up working again. You are of course always welcome to message me first to ask for a status update on the Queue

Describing the commission

When describing your commission, Please be concise and give me all the detail needed, without going overboard with unnecessary tidbits. (IE: sending me a story to read for a simple character discription) or on the other hand don't be too vague.
If you are not really sure about what to tell me, just think about your picture in general:-General Scenario
-Poses
-Expressions
-Personality of the characters
-Context
-References

Maybe means it is something I'm uncertain about my ability to draw for one reason or another, it may be something I have not drawn very often, or a topic matter I'm not always comfortable with. Whether or not I will do a commission with that content depends heavily on context, it's not a hard no so please feel free to ask and if the idea vibes well with me I will give it a try

Prices

Notice, these prices reflect that for commission a Single Character.Additional fees:Extra similar sized Characters: Each addtional character is 50% of the price. IE two full body fully rendered characters would be 120+60=180If additional characters are tinies, the extra charge we depend on the amount of detail of the tiny design and how manySimple background can be included for free if requested
More detailed backgrounds start at 50$ and up depending on what is being askedCommercial use license(+ 200% of total price)

TOS

Payment:-Payment must be made in full in USD via PayPal.
-For short projects, payment will be asked after the initial sketch has been confirmed. Once the sketch is confirmed, I will send you the link to send payment.
-If the project is large, I'm willing to take payments in chunks rather then all upfront.

Refund Policy

Once the sketch has been established and payment has been made, no refunds will be permitted. The project will be worked on until finished.
If for some reason I find myself unable to finish the project at all, I will issue the full refund to you.

Changes and Alterations

If, after the initial payment is made, you request a major change or addition to the picture, an additional fee will be charged. This depends on the magnitude of the change and nature of the change itself. A single simple detail or color alteration might be done for free, while multiple small changes or redrawing the entire character in a different pose would cost more.

Copyright and rights of use

You are allowed to use the artwork for non-commercial purposes. You can use it as a profile picture, post it on discord, print them for yourself or for friends (So long as it’s a present, not to be sold), etc so long as you don't claim it as your own work.
I keep most Commissioned art private on my SubscribeStar for 2 weeks before posting, I ask you do the same, you may still share privately but not publicly until the 2 weeks are up
Do not turn any Commissioned Artwork into a NFT or use to feed any AI generator.
I own the copyright for every commissioned artwork or design I created unless agreed otherwise.
I am allowed to use the artwork in my portfolio and on social media.
I reserve the right to post the high resolution files, WIPs, timelapse videos to my subscribestar or publicly
I retain the right to stream the creation process on Discord, giving all the credits to the commissioner/depicted characters owners

Private Commission

If you desire your commission to be private, I reserve the right to add an extra fee to the project depending on the magnitude of the project. This extra fee can range from 50% or up to 100% depending
My finished works are used to advertise myself not being able to share a project could mean losing potential engagement and future clients.
